Located in the mountains of Northwest North Carolina in Sparta, Dr. Robert D. Klingensmith offers his  30+ years of experience, expertise, skill and knowledge as a resource for personalized health and wellness care.   Dr. Klingensmith’s life experience of helping hurt people began with the first aid merit badge in the Boy Scouts then later moving through the EMS system first as EMT then Paramedic, and on to ER duty (the “ER” abbreviation dates me), and then to the more conservative model acquiring the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic in 1985.  This diverse range of experience offers a perspective that allows him to see the need for and work with many disciplines when necessary.  Alleghany Chiropractic and Laser Center offers a full complement of diagnostic and treatment services to include; Physical exam, limited lab and x-ray studies, Chiropractic , adjunctive Ultra-sound, interferential, Hot and cold therapies, and Low-Level Light Laser treatment.
